Housing and Communities Apprentice

Salary: £24,917 - £25,211 (Appointment at the bottom of the band)

Are you our ideal candidate?
As our new Housing and Communities Apprentice, you’ll support the delivery of a high‑quality, people‑focused housing service for our tenants and communities. This is an excellent opportunity to begin a long‑term career in the housing sector, gaining hands‑on experience while learning from skilled, supportive colleagues who are committed to helping you grow.
You’ll help us provide a responsive, compassionate and values‑driven service, building positive relationships with tenants and understanding what matters most to them. Working alongside our teams, you’ll learn how to respond to day‑to‑day housing issues, contribute to community wellbeing, and help prevent problems from escalating — always reflecting our Mutual values and trauma‑informed approach.
You’ll bring enthusiasm, reliability and a willingness to learn, demonstrating the mindset and motivation to develop into a confident housing professional. You’ll be supported to study towards a recognised Housing Qualification (CIH Level 2 & 3), giving you a strong foundation for a future career in the Housing sector.
Please note that an enhanced DBS check will be required. Whilst a full clean driving licence would be beneficial from the start of your apprenticeship, it would be essential following the completion of your apprenticeship subject to any potential further employment in the succeeding role
