Do you have a passion for construction and are able to make a house into a home?

If so, we would love you to come and join our amazing mutual!

Are you our ideal candidate?

Our ideal Multiskilled Carpenter is someone who truly lives our values and is passionate about working in partnership with tenants. You’ll bring extensive experience across all aspects of the Carpentry trade and be able to confidently demonstrate your ability to work across multiple disciplines when carrying out repairs and maintenance in residential homes.

You’ll have a solid background in working directly with customers, understanding their individual needs, and ensuring they feel supported and informed throughout the repair process. Strong measuring skills and the ability to order the correct materials for each job are essential to delivering a first‑time, high‑quality service.

Experience within a housing association environment would be an advantage, but it’s not essential—what matters most is your professionalism, your commitment to doing the job right, and your ability to deliver excellent customer service alongside high‑quality workmanship.

 Is this for you?

Our ideal candidate shares our mutual values and is passionate about making a difference in our communities. You are someone who enjoys face to face interaction with tenants, solving problems and thinking on your feet and has a real passion for construction. You’ll need to love taking on challenges and have a wealth of experience in Carpentry as well as multiskilling. You’ll also need to be educated to the relevant Advanced Craft Level, City and Guilds or NVQ Level 2 or equivalent.

Closing date for applications is Wednesday 16th September 28 May 2026 at 14:00.
